I am a passionate software engineer with deep experience building scalable systems in real-time communication, distributed architecture, and voice technologies. I enjoy solving complex engineering problems and leading high-impact initiatives from scratch.

    Dec 2020 – Present

    • Built a distributed Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) system for 200k+ daily calls with forecast-based routing.
    • Integrated Vonage SDK for real-time voice calling and signaling using WebRTC.
    • Created scalable IVR systems with modular event-driven engines (Kafka + MongoDB).
    • Designed leave/shift planner with AI forecasting to auto-generate optimized schedules.
    • Built QA engine + Debug Console for IVR flow simulation, significantly reducing debugging time.
